How to Reserve Horse Hip Numbers
Call (330) 893-3541 on or after March 1st (or 1st business day in March) to reserve a hip number for the spring auction.
Call (330) 893-3541 on or after November 1st (or 1st business day in November) to reserve a hip number for the fall auction.
Coggins Tests
All equines must have a negative coggins test except foals sold with their mother. The test must have been drawn within 6 months of the auction date. A coggins test can also be drawn at the auction. A portable testing lab produces the coggins for a fee of $25.00 each. No fax or photocopies accepted.
Horse Commission
6% with a minimum of $60.00
